Business quality is high despite material leverage: TTM gross, operating and net margins are 57.4%, 45.8% and 31.7%, respectively, while loyalty-member systemwide sales exceeded $40 billion over the trailing 12 months and 90-day active loyalty users approached 220 million across 70 markets. Growth is mature rather than rapid, with revenue up 3.8% and earnings up 4.8% in the most recent quarter, but the shares appear undervalued relative to a $333.89 fair-value estimate, implying 28.4% upside from $260.06, and trade in a cheap valuation regime relative to their five-year history at 21.03x trailing earnings, 23.81x free cash flow and 15.87x EV/EBITDA.
